Maybe so. I did a search on 'a guide to wilderness livin' and found it on the first page of results. Only difference in their link and yours was a hyphen between 'man' and 'steading' but their link doesn't work either. Dot com domains (and many others) have to purchased and paid for like a subscription. Maybe whoever it was couldn't pay it any more or chose not to.
